Delivery Information

Delivery Timescales

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, and usually you can expect to receive your order within three working days. Occasionally we might need to bring stock out of our London warehouse, in which case processing will take slightly longer, but our team will be in touch to confirm timescales.

Order Tracking

If you live close to either store, it is likely that we will deliver your order in one of our vans and the local team will be in touch to arrange delivery. For orders further afield, we will use a courier and you will receive tracking information to the email address provided on order.

Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions or requests (e.g., leaving your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place), please indicate these clearly during checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Provide photographs of any damage or errors within 24 hours, and we will arrange for replacement or refund as swiftly as possible.
