We are an independent wine merchant with physical stores in Summertown, Oxford, and Wallingford, and an online store offering nationwide delivery.

2. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse delivery if age verification is not provided.

• Free delivery is available on orders over £90.
• Orders under £90 may be subject to a delivery fee, shown at checkout.
• We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
• Local delivery options are available near our Oxford and Wallingford stores.
• While we aim to dispatch promptly, delivery times are estimates and delays may occur beyond our control.

5. Click & Collect

Orders can be collected from either store. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect.

6. Cancellations & Returns

• You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided items are unopened and in resaleable condition.
• Please contact us at info@grapemindsdrinkalike.co.uk to initiate a return or cancellation.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are incorrect or damaged.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Damaged Items

If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@grapemindsdrinkalike.co.uk. We may ask for photographic evidence. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

8. Offers & Promotions

Occasionally we may offer discounts or promotional codes, such as 10% off your next order. Promotions are:

• Valid for a limited time only
• Subject to stock availability
• Not redeemable for cash

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, except our standard case discount on 6 or more bottles of wine.
