100% Pinot Noir vinified without skin contact. An unusual white dry-style Pinot Noir from free run juice, with a good full flavoured mouth feel. Vineyards are spread out along the Nahe Valley, on steep south facing slopes, perfect for the ripening of pinot noir.
Slightly muted tones of strawberry and red apple are glazed with caramel in this slightly off-dry blanc de noir, a Pinot Noir vinified like a white wine.
Contains sulfites.
Today, the brothers Rudolf and Paul run the winery in a tradition spanning over 375 years. Committed to tradition, open to technological advances and with respect for the Nahe, they look after the vineyards, grow the wines and bottle them.
