Léon Boesch Le Coq Pinot Gris is a biodynamic white wine from Alsace, produced by a family-run estate with over 300 years of winemaking history. Grown on limestone soils and crafted with minimal intervention, this Pinot Gris offers depth and purity, balancing gentle richness with a fresh, dry finish.
Aromas of ripe pear, quince, and almond blossom. The palate is textured yet clean, with flavours of baked apple, citrus peel, and a subtle nutty note, finishing dry with a touch of spice.
Contains sulphites.
The “Le Coq” label is a nod to the French national symbol, reflecting the estate’s commitment to tradition, quality, and biodynamic farming in the heart of Alsace.
