Yes, you can collect your online order from one of our stores. Please select "Click & Collect" during checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Yes, during checkout you can request preferred delivery dates or time slots where available. Availability depends on your location and the selected courier.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately. Photo evidence is required within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund swiftly.
There is no minimum order for online purchases, but free delivery may only apply above a certain spend. Check our Delivery Information page for thresholds and charges.
Once your online order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by tracking details when your order is dispatched. You can also check your account for updates.

If you’re unable to attend a booked event, please contact us as soon as possible. Some of our events have a waiting list. If we can resell your ticket then we will be happy to transfer your ticket to another event.
Yes, you may transfer your event ticket to someone else if you can’t attend. Please notify us in advance so we can update the guest list accordingly.

If you don’t show up for an event you’ve booked, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds. Please let us know in advance if you are unable to attend.
