Ten Minutes by Tractor Wallis Chardonnay is a precise and elegant single-vineyard Chardonnay from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. Pale gold in colour, it combines aromas of lemon, grapefruit and white peach with flinty mineral notes, almond and subtle spice. The palate is concentrated yet finely balanced, with vibrant acidity, a silky texture and a long, mineral-driven finish.

The Wallis Vineyard was first planted in 1992 and sits on a gentle north-east-facing slope in the upper reaches of the Cotton Tree Creek valley. Its relatively low elevation means it benefits from cooling sea breezes coming off Bass Strait, while the site's red ferrosol soils and naturally low vigour help produce Chardonnay with particularly good clarity and concentration. The wine is made from the vineyard's P58 clone, a French Chardonnay clone known for producing wines with excellent structure and intensity.
