Oneiric Chardonnay

Oneiric Chardonnay comes from South Africa’s cool-climate Elgin region, where high-altitude vineyards and maritime breezes help preserve freshness. This wine combines ripe fruit with a pronounced oak presence, including barrel fermentation and ageing, which adds complexity, creamy texture, and subtle spice. The result is a rich yet balanced Chardonnay that showcases both New World fruit and Old World structure.

Aromas of ripe peach, citrus blossom, and toasted vanilla oak. The palate is full-bodied and layered, with flavours of lemon curd, baked apple, butterscotch, and gentle spice, supported by bright acidity and a long, creamy finish.
