The winery focuses on minimal intervention to express the pure fruit character and natural freshness of the Merlot grape, resulting in a vibrant yet refined style.
Aromas of ripe plum, red cherry, and subtle hints of spice. The palate is soft and juicy with flavours of blackberry, raspberry, and a touch of vanilla, supported by smooth tannins and a balanced finish.
