The region’s cool ocean breezes and varied soils provide ideal conditions for growing expressive Sauvignon Blanc with freshness and clarity.
Aromas of cut grass, green pepper, and tropical fruit. The palate is crisp and refreshing with flavours of lime, guava, and gooseberry, finishing with bright acidity and a touch of salinity.
