A molasses-based rum, pot and column distilled and aged for 12 years in ex-Bourbon casks. It’s aromatic and spicy on the nose with candied ginger, dried hibiscus and raisins. The complex palate offers walnuts, caramel, dried fruits, ripe bananas, cooked apples and warm spices.
