Off the Charts Clairette Blanche

Off the Charts Clairette Blanche is a crisp, textural white from the Piekenierskloof region of South Africa’s Western Cape. Clairette Blanche is one of the country’s lesser-known heritage varieties, traditionally used in blends, but here it takes centre stage in a single-varietal expression. Wild-fermented and aged in old oak, the wine is made with minimal intervention to highlight purity and character.

Subtle aromas of pear skin, chamomile, and dried herbs. The palate is restrained and mineral, with flavours of quince, lemon pith, and a lightly waxy texture, finishing dry and gently saline.

Contains sulphites.
