Vollenweider Wolfer Riesling

Vollenweider Wolfer Riesling is a captivating Mosel white from Daniel Vollenweider, a Swiss-born winemaker whose tiny estate has gained cult status for its purity and precision. Sourced from steep slate vineyards in the village of Wolf, this Riesling showcases the expressive character of its terroir. Made with minimal intervention and wild yeast fermentation, the wine combines minerality, tension, and vibrant fruit in a uniquely balanced style that captures the spirit of the Mosel.

Aromas of lime, white peach, flint, and wild herbs. The palate is electric and finely etched, with flavours of green apple, citrus, and stone, supported by a backbone of acidity and a long, saline finish.

Contains sulphites.
