100% Pinot Noir from the Coteaux du Giennois. Limestone rich soil, full flavoured, mineral and dark fruit driven. Close proximity and influence from Burgundy, cool continental climate creates a lean and well structured pinot noir.
Intense fruity and floral aromas. Rich on the palate, dark and rich berries.
Contains sulfites.
Clément and Florian take great pride in intervening as little as possible in their winemaking to enable each terroir to express its full potential. For the red wines, which are all hand- harvested and carefully sorted, everything starts with a cold soak for 5-10 days. Again, only native yeasts are used for fermentation.
