Reverdito Barolo Castagni is a single-vineyard Barolo from the hills of La Morra in Piedmont. Crafted from grapes grown on the Castagni cru, it captures both the power and elegance that define this prestigious site, with excellent structure and ageing potential.
Aromas of rose petals, red cherry, and liquorice. The palate reveals flavours of ripe plum, dried herbs, and earthy spice, framed by firm tannins and a long, savoury finish.
Contains sulphites.
Reverdito is a family-run estate founded in the 1960s, now led by second-generation winemaker Michele Reverdito. The Castagni vineyard, named after the chestnut trees that once surrounded it, is known for producing Barolo with both aromatic finesse and firm structure. This bottling reflects the traditional approach of long maceration and ageing, offering a true expression of La Morra’s terroir.
