Vignerons DAix en Provence IGP Rosé

Vignerons d’Aix en Provence IGP Rosé is a fresh and elegant rosé from the sun-drenched vineyards of southern France. Pale salmon pink in colour, it offers vibrant aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and white peach, complemented by delicate citrus and floral notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with bright acidity and a dry, clean finish that makes it an ideal aperitif or food-friendly rosé.

The Vignerons d’Aix cooperative was founded in 1925 and today brings together dozens of growers from around Aix-en-Provence. While Provence is best known for its AOP rosés, the IGP Méditerranée classification gives winemakers greater freedom with grape varieties and blending, allowing them to craft fresh, fruit-forward wines while still reflecting the Mediterranean climate that has made Provence the world’s benchmark for dry rosé.
