A Southern French blend to challenge the best Rhône Valley whites; Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Viognier and a limestone minerality made creamy, rich and inviting.
Château La Sauvageonne Blanc comes from the rugged hills of the Terrasses du Larzac in the Languedoc region of southern France. Nestled in a wild and rocky landscape, the estate benefits from volcanic soils and a unique microclimate that brings freshness and structure to the wines. This white blend, crafted with Rhône varietals like Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Vermentino, reflects both the Mediterranean sun and the high-altitude freshness of its origin.
Aromatic notes of white blossom, ripe peach, and lemon zest. The palate is textured and balanced, with flavours of pear, fennel, citrus, and a hint of minerality leading to a long, clean finish.
Contains sulphites.
Château La Sauvageonne was one of the first vineyards in the region to adopt organic and biodynamic practices, playing a key role in the Languedoc’s shift toward sustainable winemaking.
