Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs 2016 is an exceptional English sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grown on the chalk and greensand soils of West Sussex. Crafted in the traditional method and aged on lees for extended time, this cuvée showcases the elegance, precision, and ageing potential of English Chardonnay. As one of Nyetimber’s signature expressions, it combines purity of fruit with refined complexity and a distinct mineral backbone.
Elegant aromas of citrus blossom, green apple, and brioche. The palate is focused and creamy, offering flavours of lemon curd, toasted almond, and white peach with a persistent mineral finish and fine mousse.
Contains sulphites.
