Tsarev Brod Ice Riesling Half

Tsarev Brod Ice Riesling is a luscious dessert wine produced by the family-owned Tsarev Brod winery in the Shumen region of Bulgaria, close to the Black Sea coast. Made from 100% Riesling grapes hand-harvested when naturally frozen on the vine, the frozen berries are slowly pressed to concentrate sugars. After a gentle, extended fermentation and 12-month ageing in used oak barrels, the wine offers a harmonious blend of sweetness and structure.

● Colour: Rich golden amber. ● Aroma: Enticing scents of fig jam, raisins, candied orange peel, quince, dried flowers and honey. ● Palate: Sumptuously sweet yet balanced by crisp acidity. Flavours of apricot, quince and beeswax linger into a long, honeyed-acacia finish.
