Zingy, unoaked Chardonnay with bags of white peach, green apple and lemon rind.
Domaine Fournillon is a 23 hectare family-run estate in the village of Bernouil, near Chablis. The clay-rich soils of the vineyards give the wine its depth of fruit, combined with the fresh character typical of wines from the region. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by 12 months’ ageing in tank.

The Domaine currently bottles only 10% of their production, but are expanding to meet demand.
