Simpsons Chalklands Cuvée is a traditional method sparkling wine from Kent, made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown on the region’s chalky soils. With over 20 months on the lees, this English sparkling wine offers finesse and complexity while staying bright and approachable.
Fresh notes of citrus blossom, green apple, and toasted brioche. The palate is crisp and elegant, with fine bubbles, flavours of lemon curd, white peach, and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
