Simpsons Gravel Castle Chardonnay is an unoaked English white wine from Kent’s North Downs. Made from Burgundian Chardonnay clones grown on chalky soils, it offers a crisp, fruit-forward profile. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees with regular stirring, this wine balances freshness with texture.
Aromas of white blossom and flinty minerality, with notes of orchard fruit and persimmon. The palate is refreshing, featuring lime zest, tropical fruit, and a hint of cape gooseberry, leading to a textured finish.
Contains sulphites.
