Oh! Syrah is a vibrant and expressive red from Elgin, a cool-climate region in South Africa known for producing elegant wines. Crafted by the producer Oneirik, this Syrah combines ripe fruit with savoury notes, showcasing balance and depth.
Aromas of blackberry, black pepper, and smoked meat. The palate reveals flavours of dark cherry, plum, and spice, supported by fine tannins and a smooth, lingering finish.
Contains sulphites.
Oneirik’s approach emphasises minimal intervention to highlight Elgin’s cool climate, allowing the Syrah grapes to develop intense flavours with freshness and vibrant acidity. Oh! Syrah showcases both the purity of the fruit and the unique character of the region.
