Pacifico Sur Chardonnay is a clean, elegant unoaked Chardonnay from Chile’s Central Valley. The Andes provide essential water for irrigation from snowmelt, while coastal fogs help to moderate temperatures. The grapes are hand-harvested and the juice fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit characteristics.
Juicy ripe stone fruit flavours of peach and apricot, balanced with a refreshing acidity.
Contains sulphites.
The name Pacifico Sur means "South Pacific", a nod to Chile’s long Pacific coastline.
