The grapes for this Chilean Pinot Noir are grown in the cook coastal valley of Casablanca. The grapes are hand-harvested and macerated at low temperature for three days prior to fermentation to extract colour and aromas. The wine is fermented in stainless steel for 12 days, after which 30% is aged in French oak barrels for 6-8 months.
Gentle aromas of fresh red berries with subtle hints of leafiness and mint.
Contains sulphites. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.
