A savoury, light and approachable bone-dry rosé, made with bush vine Grenache from the northern Barossa Valley. Two months on the lees adds texture to this easy-drinking wine.
Established in 2007, 100% grenache from the Barossa Valley, the sandy soils and warm climate offer ideal conditions for fruit production. Grapes are handpicked from old bush vines. Natural yeasts are used in a wild ferment that allows maximum delicacy and savoury flavour characteristics.
Pale coral pink in colour. A pristine bouquet of alpine strawberries, cherry blossom, seaspray and peaches. Silky, seamless and fresh, this wine is a pleasure to drink.
Contains sulfites.
Rogers Hill-Smith runs the oldest family owned winery in Australia, Yalumba and Rufus Clevely’s wine journey started at well-known champagne house, Veuve Clicquot. Together, they founded Rogers & Rufus, who both craved a cold, crisp, pale rose on those summer months.
