Deliciosa Manzanilla 37.5cl

Deliciosa Manzanilla is a dry Sherry from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Spain, made from 100% Palomino grapes. A classic example of the Manzanilla style, it is aged under flor—a layer of yeast unique to this region—which gives the wine its hallmark freshness and saline edge.

Bright aromas of chamomile, green apple, and sea breeze. The palate is bone dry and delicate, with flavours of almond, lemon zest, and a savoury, lightly salty finish.

Contains sulphites.

Deliciosa is produced by Bodegas Valdespino, one of Jerez’s oldest bodegas with records dating back to 1430. The half-bottle format makes it ideal for enjoying fresh, just as the locals do.
