HM Borges Sercial 10Yr Old

HM Borges Sercial 10 Year Old is a dry style Madeira wine from one of the island’s most respected family-run producers. Made from the Sercial grape—grown on high-altitude vineyards in Madeira—this wine undergoes a slow oxidative ageing process over a decade using the traditional Canteiro method. The result is a wine of exceptional structure and bright acidity, designed to showcase finesse, complexity, and longevity. It’s an ideal introduction to the drier side of Madeira.

Amber in colour with aromas of roasted almonds, dried citrus peel, and sea salt. The palate is dry, crisp, and nutty, offering flavours of tangy orange zest, green walnut, and caramelised lemon with a saline finish.
