Borges 5 Year Old Madeira

H.M. Borges 5 Year Old Madeira is a fortified wine from one of the island’s most traditional and respected producers, established in 1877. Crafted using the Canteiro ageing method, this wine matures in seasoned oak casks for a minimum of five years, allowing it to develop complexity while retaining freshness. Depending on the style (typically Medium Dry or Medium Rich), this Madeira offers a versatile and expressive introduction to the island’s unique winemaking heritage.

Amber in colour with aromas of caramel, toasted nuts, and dried fruit. The palate is balanced and smooth, showing flavours of fig, toffee, citrus peel, and a gentle nuttiness, with a clean, lingering finish.

Contains sulphites.
