Hundred Hills Blanc de Noirs 2019 Magnum is a distinguished English sparkling wine crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from a single south-facing parcel of the Hillside vineyard in the Stonor Valley, Oxfordshire. The 2019 vintage benefited from a long, dry growing season, allowing over 110 days on the vine, resulting in grapes of exceptional ripeness and complexity. The wine underwent full malolactic fermentation and was aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its vibrant fruit character. Bottled in magnum format, it spent 42 months on lees before disgorgement, enhancing its depth and ageing potential. This magnum edition showcases the meticulous craftsmanship and terroir-driven approach of Hundred Hills.
