With a small dosage to balance its natural acidity, it offers a vibrant yet refined style that highlights the elegance of English fruit.

Aromas of wild strawberry, redcurrant, and pink grapefruit. The palate is crisp and expressive, with fine bubbles, ripe red berries, citrus notes, and a well-balanced finish with a touch of softness from the dosage.
