Pinzellada 000 Rosat 2021

Pinzellada Tempranillo Rosat “Ooo” is a limited-edition rosé wine from Celler Alimara, made entirely from Tempranillo grapes grown on 20-year-old vines at Mas de Cabrera in Terra Alta, Catalonia. The grapes were hand-picked and the wine aged for eight months in old oak barrels, producing just 558 bottles.

A deeper-hued rosé with aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries, and a touch of oak spice. The palate is textured and complex, showing red berry fruit, gentle tannins from barrel ageing, and a dry, savoury finish with subtle notes of vanilla and herbs.

Contains sulphites.
