Esterelles de Batea Garnaxta Blanca

Estrelles de Batea Blanc is a white wine from Celler Alimara in Terra Alta, Catalunya. It is made entirely from Garnatxa Blanca (White Grenache). The grapes are fermented in stainless steel, then matured on lees in an old oak foudre to build texture without overwhelming the fruit.

Aromas of apricot, pear, and a hint of raw honey. On the palate it has good weight and texture, with orchard fruit flavours and a crisp finish. A lingering apple note rounds things off cleanly and dry.

Contains sulphites.
