From a biodynamic estate and made from the Petit Manseng grape. Aged in used barrels giving richness and complexity, with aromas of apricot, candied citrus, flowers and exotic fruit.
Château Lapuyade Cuvée Marie-Louise is a biodynamic sweet wine from the Jurançon appellation in southwest France, crafted from late-harvested Petit Manseng grapes. Grown on the foothills of the Pyrenees, the fruit benefits from excellent sun exposure and cool mountain breezes, allowing for a natural balance of sugar and acidity. Fermented and aged in oak barrels, this cuvée is named in honour of the founder’s grandmother and is a beautifully poised dessert wine that reflects both terroir and tradition.
Aromas of candied pineapple, quince, orange marmalade, and acacia honey. The palate is rich and textured with notes of apricot, citrus peel, spice, and a racy backbone of acidity that carries through the long, elegant finish.
Contains sulphites.
Château Lapuyade farms its vineyards biodynamically and uses natural fermentation to create wines of purity and integrity—Marie-Louise is a tribute to both family heritage and the enduring magic of Petit Manseng
