Translucently pale and elegantly dry, this new wine from Gerard Bertrand in the Languedoc makes for a cracking alternative to Provence Rosé for this summer.
Gérard Bertrand Gris Blanc Rosé is a delicate and elegant rosé from the South of France, blending subtle fruitiness with a crisp, mineral-driven finish. It’s crafted to showcase freshness and finesse without being overly sweet.
Aromas of wild strawberry, citrus blossom, and white peach. The palate offers flavours of red berries, grapefruit, and a hint of saline minerality, balanced by bright acidity and a refreshing finish.
Contains sulphites.
Gérard Bertrand is known for his commitment to biodynamic and organic practices in the Languedoc. The Gris Blanc Rosé stands out for its pale colour and textural complexity, achieved by gently pressing the grapes to extract minimal colour and maximum flavour.
