The second wine of Domaines Ott, this is light crisp and full of red berry fruit. Beautiful example of the best of Provence.
This wine is made primarily from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes and is carefully crafted using traditional winemaking techniques that have been perfected over generations. This very ancient land is characterised by a combination of schists and clays, and by an absence of limestone. Produced from vineyards neighbouring their famous Grand Crus
The wine displays a vibrant blush hue. Expressive, fruity nose with aromas of wild peaches and redcurrants. Fresh and bright with a nicely balanced body which reveals a silky, velvety texture. On the palate, the wine bursts with notes of peach and citrus fruits and finishes with a fusion of plum and cardamon aromas.
Contains sulfites.
Today, the wineries are owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer and produce some of the world’s most prestigious wines, but particularly rosé wines, made at distinctively different estates in Bandol and Côtes de Provence appellations
