Lyme Bay Pinot Noir is a light to medium-bodied red wine bottled in Devon but made from grapes sourced from Essex. This blend of locations combines Essex’s warmer climate, which helps develop ripe fruit, with Devon’s winemaking expertise. The result is a fresh and approachable Pinot Noir with bright red fruit and subtle complexity.
Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry. The palate is fresh and smooth with flavours of cranberry, red plum, and a hint of spice, finishing with gentle tannins.
Contains sulphites.
