Antonio Borga Extra Dry Prosecco DOC is a fresh and elegant sparkling wine produced from Glera grapes in north-east Italy. Pale straw in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, it offers aromas of green apple, pear and white peach, complemented by delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus. The palate is light and lively, with a touch of sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity and a clean, crisp finish.

Antonio Borga is a family winery with roots in Veneto dating back to the 1940s. The Extra Dry style is actually the traditional style of Prosecco, containing slightly more residual sugar than Brut. This small touch of sweetness enhances the wine's delicate orchard fruit flavours, which is why Extra Dry remains one of the most popular styles for both aperitifs and celebrations.
