Nicknamed 'Classic Beauty' by the House/s Tasting committee, this intense, elegant Champagne displays notes of honey, licquorice, menthol and oragne peel on the nose rollowed by quince, candied fruit and apple tart on the palate.
De Saint-Gall Grand Cru Extra Brut - from £46.99
Citrus dominated with very low sugar, making it an excellent match with seafood. One for the connoisseur, its extra lees contact gives it layer after layer of flavour. Magnificent.
