De Saint-Gall Grand Cru Extra Brut

De Saint Gall Grand Cru Extra Brut is a refined and expressive Champagne crafted exclusively from grapes grown in the region’s most prestigious Grand Cru villages, such as Avize, Cramant, and Ambonnay. Made predominantly from Chardonnay with a smaller proportion of Pinot Noir, this cuvée is vinified in stainless steel to preserve its purity and precision, and finished with a very low dosage to highlight the natural elegance of its terroir.

Aromas of citrus zest, white peach, toasted almond, and chalk. The palate is dry and focused, with flavours of lemon peel, green apple, flint, and pastry cream, lifted by a fine mousse and lingering mineral finish.

Contains sulphites.
