De Saint-Gall Tradition 1er Cru

De Saint-Gall Tradition 1er Cru is a classic Brut Champagne made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced entirely from Premier Cru vineyards. Pale gold in colour, it offers aromas of ripe apple, citrus and yellow fruit, with subtle notes of toasted nuts and brioche. The palate is fresh and rounded, with a lightly creamy texture, fine bubbles and a gently savoury finish.

De Saint-Gall is the Champagne label of Union Champagne, a cooperative group founded in 1966 by a number of Grand Cru and Premier Cru growers. Today, more than 2,000 growers, winemakers and oenologists from 15 cooperatives contribute to the wines. The Tradition is built around the particularly successful pairing of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with the grapes coming from Premier Cru villages across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.
