De Saint Gall Orpale 2008

De Saint Gall Orpale 2008 is a vintage prestige cuvée made exclusively from Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, including Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant, Avize, and Oger. Crafted in exceptional years only, this Blanc de Blancs Champagne is aged for over a decade on lees, developing depth and complexity while maintaining the purity and precision of its terroir-driven fruit.

Aromas of lemon curd, brioche, and roasted almonds. The palate is refined and layered with flavours of citrus peel, white peach, hazelnut, and pastry cream, lifted by a fine mousse and mineral tension.

Contains sulphites.
