Zensa Fiano is an organic white wine from Puglia in southern Italy, made from 100% Fiano grapes. Produced with minimal intervention and no synthetic chemicals, it showcases the ripe, sun-drenched character of the region. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness, it’s a vibrant, approachable white with broad appeal.
Aromas of peach, pear and orange blossom with a hint of honey. The palate is medium-bodied with stone fruit, citrus zest and a soft, rounded texture, finishing with a gentle almond note.
Contains sulphites.
The name Zensa is a play on the Italian word “senza” (meaning “without”) — highlighting that the wine is made without pesticides or additives. It’s part of a broader project supporting sustainable farming in Puglia, and the bold label design reflects its fresh, modern approach to classic southern Italian grapes.
