Llumí Negre is a vibrant red from Terra Alta, Catalonia, made from a blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Tempranillo. Fermented at 22°C and aged for six months in oak barrels, it balances ripe black fruit with subtle oak complexity.
Aromas of black fruits and plums, with hints of violet. The palate offers black fruit flavours with notes of coffee, cedar, and a spicy finish.
Contains sulphites.
The name "Llumí" means "match" in Catalan, symbolising the spark that ignites a fire. This idea is reflected in the label’s wrought iron flame design and the winery’s mission to be a beacon of quality in Terra Alta.
