Bierzo Viore Mencia

The grapes came from bush vines averaging 80 years old, located on calcareous clay steep slopes in the central area of Bierzo (between castilla y leon and galicia). The Sierra de los Ancares acts as a natural barrier, generating a continental climate with Atlantic influence. Low yield, high quality, 400-600m altitude. Mencia is a grape that is not produced much. It buds late but ripens quickly. Mineral-rich slate soils, a continental climate.

Deep red cherry colour with violet shades. Intense aromas of red fruits; strawberry and cherry, as well as fine mineral hints. Well-structured, easy drinking with a floral finish.

Contains sulfites. Vegan
