Gasper Malvazija is a fresh, expressive white wine from Slovenia’s Goriška Brda region, crafted from the Malvazija Istarska grape. The region’s combination of mineral-rich soils and Mediterranean climate helps produce wines with both aromatic intensity and balanced acidity. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity of fruit, this is a modern take on a classic regional variety.
Aromas of white peach, citrus, and wild herbs. The palate is crisp and clean with flavours of lemon zest, pear, and a light floral note, supported by a mineral backbone and refreshing acidity.
