An exotic and intense Grüner Veltliner that blends ripe mango, melon and peach notes withdried herbs and those telltale white pepper aromas. The rich texture carries through onto the luxurious finish.
Weinhof Waldschütz is a family business, now in the extremely capable hands of Ralph (6th generation). This expression of Austria’s signature white grape is rich in texture thanks to six months’ lees ageing.
Aromas of ripe stone and even tropical fruit (mango and papaya), with hints of wild herbs and GV’s characteristic white pepper notes. Full-bodied with a long finish.
Contains sulphites.
The winery has its own tavern and restaurant in Obernholz in the Kamptal valley.
