Kaiken Ultra Cabernet Sauvignon

Kaiken Ultra Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon is a structured and refined red from Mendoza, Argentina—produced by Kaiken, the Argentine offshoot of Chilean winemaker Aurelio Montes. This blend features predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from biodynamically farmed, century-old vines in Vistalba (Luján de Cuyo) and a touch of Malbec from high-altitude vineyards across Uco Valley. Fermentation is carried out in concrete tanks with cold maceration, followed by extended oak maturation in French barrels, resulting in a beautifully balanced expression of New World Cabernet.

● Colour: Deep ruby with vivid purple hues. ● Aroma: Rich aromas of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry, interlaced with floral hints, warming spices, tobacco and a fine edge of vanilla and clove. ● Palate: Full-bodied and velvety, with fresh dark fruit framed by polished tannins and lively acidity. Notes of mocha, pepper and cedar unfold mid-palate, culminating in a long, elegant finish.
