Pine Ridge Cab Sauv

Pine Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and polished Napa Valley red, made from Cabernet Sauvignon with a small proportion of other Bordeaux varieties. Deep ruby in colour, it offers generous aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, with notes of cedar, vanilla and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, with ripe tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish, combining classic Cabernet structure with the generous fruit character of Napa Valley.

Pine Ridge Vineyards was founded in 1978 in Napa Valley's Stags Leap District, an area that became famous after the 1976 Judgment of Paris put Californian Cabernet firmly on the international map. The estate's distinctive underground caves were carved directly into the hillside, providing naturally cool conditions for ageing the wines. Pine Ridge's Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the region's ability to produce powerful wines while retaining the structure needed for ageing.
