Kaiken Ultra Malbec

Kaiken Ultra Mendoza Malbec is a full-bodied red wine from the high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza, Argentina. Crafted by Kaiken, this wine showcases the rich terroir of the Uco Valley, with grapes sourced from the Los Chacayes, Altamira, and Gualtallary regions. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels, resulting in a balanced profile of ripe fruit and oak.

This Malbec displays a deep red colour with violet hues. The nose offers aromas of ripe blackberries, blueberries, and plums, complemented by floral notes of violets and subtle hints of vanilla and spice from oak ageing. On the palate, it features smooth tannins and refreshing acidity, with flavours of dark fruit and a lingering finish showing notes of licorice and spice.
