Miraflors Rosé charms with delicate aromas of wild strawberry, peach, and rose petal. Light, silky, and refreshingly dry, it finishes with a whisper of saline minerality and Provençal elegance.
Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre. Stony soil made of pebbles, close to the Mediterranean coast. Juices are gently pressed. All processing is done in a very protected or “reductive” way to enhance the fruit flavour. The wine is matured on its own lees.
It is juicy, with pure strawberry, citrus and orange peel flavours. The wine has a distinct minerality, with a deliciously fresh finish.
Contains sulfites.
Jean-Marc Lafage’s family has been growing grapes in Roussillon for six generations but it was Jean-Marc who had the ambition to stop selling the grapes to the local co-op and create a domaineEliane and Jean-Marc specialise in growing old vines that impart pronounced minerality and concentration to their wines.
